But I love garlic!

And how often am I lucky enough to love something that is "really good for my body"? All these years, I thought every clove of minced, chopped and crushed garlic that I gladly consumed was *so* good for my heart. Apparently not. Yummy placebo? Yes. Cholesterol lowering miracle vegetable? No. Not at all!

But alas, the link seems to be broken now, before I ever got a chance to read this critical health bulletin. What is my precious garlic going to do to me? Am I going to die?!?! Nooooooooo
